COVID 19 UPDATE

Due to the health concerns caused by COVID 19 we are implementing the following protocols to able us to continue providing service to injured and sick pets whilst trying to reduce the risk of Coronavirus transmission.

-No clients are allowed to enter the Clinic at the moment.

-When you visit with your pet, please let us know that you have arrived by ringing us on your mobile phone from the car park. We will collect your pet from you for their examination. The vet will then phone you to carry out the consultation whilst we ask you to wait in the car. Your pet and any medication needed will then be returned to you. Please note we will require payment by phone at the time of your appointment.

- Similarly, if your pet needs an operation consent is taken over the phone.

-Please do not bring your pet into the Clinic if you are self-isolating because of suspected or confirmed COVID 19, recently been abroad or been in contact with anyone tested positive for COVID 19. Please call the Clinic instead to the problem.

- If you have a pet on long term medication, please call us first.

-Regretfully we are unable to carry out home visits at the moment.

-We cannot take cash payments.

We would like to thank you for your patience and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. It is in everyone’s best interest.

Thank you! We will be in touch shortly.
